ANTI - AGING CENTER :
Aging is not an illness… Anti - Aging is, taking necessary… medical and physical measures to prevent illness possible to appear during old ages of the people and thus to ensure enjoying that period without feeling indisposed. Anti-Aging Program is composed of 4 steps :
Medical Program :
The doctor of the center, who is an expert on anti-aging, does the physical examination and inquires the genetic station of the program participant. Some special hormone and blood tests are applied to measure the amount of fat in the blood. According to the test result, proper vitamin is applied.
Psycho-Social Situation :
The psychological and social situation of the program participant is checked-up by a physiologist or the program doctor. A hobby program is advised in accordance with the interest of the program participant.
Mobilization Program :
The fitness club of the Hotel and the animation programs in the Hotel are advised together with walking, swimming, dancing activities.
Regulating Nutrition :
The diet expert advises the type of foods and the amounts to be taken to the program participant in accordance with the test result. The food specially prepared with the directions of the diet expert is presented to the participant at the open buffet of the hotel.
FITNESS CENTER :Our Center is open between 08:00 - 21:00. Special Trainers Guide you in exercises such as :

POOL & JACUZZI :
Open between 08:00 - 22:00. Our roofed pool and jacuzzi are heated in Winter.
