Seawater, just like the blood plasma in our body, has a total of 104 elements and minerals. To sample this wealth, review some of the basic ingredients in one cubic meter of water : Copper 10 mg, Lithium 100 mg, Barium 50 mg, Zinc 14 mg, Manganese 3 mg, Fluoride 1.4 mg, Iodine 50 mg, Rubidium 20 mg, Selenium 4 mg
In addition, the salt of the Mediterranean Sea has 3.7% Magnesium, 30.4% Sodium, 1.16% Calcium and 1.1% Potassium. Seawater is continuously pumped fresh from the sea, heated almost to body temperature at 32-35 degrees centigrade and then used to provide an array of treatment applications.
In the 1500 square meter Thalassotherapy Center, from the swimming pool to bubble baths, you will continually be in contact with this seawater. Thalasso Centre is equipped with Aquamedic Pool with high-pressure water dispensing units, babble bath with hydro massage, high-pressure shower and 25 different dry and wet treatment rooms. You will be surrounded by modern technology, state of the art methods under the supervision of a well-educated and trained group of doctors and experts.

THALASSOTHERAPY :
Thalassotherapy is based on using seawater, pumped directly from the sea and heated, to create the necessary conditions to restore health and vitality. Seawater contains 104 main elements and minerals, just like blood plasma. The density of the Mediterranean is richer in salt and magnesium.
Relaxing Bath With Essential Oils :
Seawater, particularly rich in trace elements, helps combat tiredness and is beneficial for weight loss; essential oil is used for revitalizing and relaxing. (20 minutes)
Slimming Bath With Seaweed :
Computerized heated seawater bath with automatic multi jets for local or global hydro massage helps to provide your body with all the indispensable trace of sea elements and decrease stress, circulatory problems, excess weight and back pains. (20 minutes)
Hydromassant Bath With Multijets :
Complements the hydro massage jet program. Thousands of bubbles are injected into the seawater to stimulate capillary circulation and promote penetration of minerals and trace elements. (20 minutes)
Hydromassant Bath With Underwater Massage :
Carried out by our hydro therapist, massage by underwater jets is adapted for individual needs; it is draining and relaxing and advised for the back, heavy legs and weight loss programs. (20 minutes)
Jet Shower :
A powerful jet of warm seawater (34° C - 38° C) sprayed from a distance on specific areas of body, the water temperature and the pressure are regulated according to the type of the treatment. This care is used for problems such as stress, cellulite and slimming programs, stimulates skin and muscles of the body. (15 minutes)
Phlebotone :
Altering of cold and warm jets, leading vasodilatation and vasoconstriction massages for legs to improve the blood circulation. (20 minutes)
The Route Of Wellbeing Aquamedic Pool :
Swimming pool with warm seawater (32° C - 33° C) and different jets aimed at special parts of body: corridor of jets for massage of legs, waterfalls for neck, shoulders and back, underwater beds for whole body massage. Also included in the complex: bubbling zone (Jacuzzi), stalls for aqua gym, jet streams and waterfalls. (30 minutes)
Aqua gym :
Aqua gym classes are taken under the supervision of a trained physiotherapist. The movements in water are beneficial for those wishing to slim, stimulate muscles, refine silhouette or with cellulite problems as well as for young mothers. (30 minutes)
